“None of us is as smart as all of us.”
Phil Condit
First, let me start by saying, I am one of the lucky individuals who find themselves doing what they love! Although, to attribute my success to luck isn’t the real story; through integrity, smarts and hard work I find the perfect opportunities for myself, my family, and my clients. My job is to help buyers find their perfect homes and to make sure that sellers get the most value for their property. By listening to my clients and finding unique solutions that suit them, I am helping these individuals make the Westside the smart place to live!
My background in interior architecture has given me the knowledge to better evaluate a house and identify its unique features. When I go to my client’s homes for the first time, I immediately start to see how the prospective buyers will appreciate the possibilities that each space will offer them.
I have always valued education, it is something I have a passion for! Every sale is a new learning experience, an important part of what I offer my clients is my ability to evaluate, to listen and to communicate. My challenge as a real estate professional is to see every opportunity, to hear my clients needs, and to speak on their behalf.
My experience and expertise allows my clients to rest assured that they are going to get the most value from the sale of their home and can relax and enjoy the opportunities that selling their house will afford. These abilities helped me achieve the honor of the Rookie of the Year Award when I started selling smart homes for Keller Williams. Smart marketing continues to make me a leader in my field.
The Westside is my home and I love it! It is where my husband and I raise our son, where he will go to school, and where we find harmony and happiness. Santa Monica is my home and I understand the joy and quality that this area affords its residents. For all of my smarts, the greatest asset that I offer my clients is the love and understanding I have for the Westside and its families.
“When you hire people that are smarter than you are, you prove you are smarter than they are.”
